Information Docquiik may use
- Account and contact information
- Pre-launch notification information, including first name, email address, optional WhatsApp number and optional intended user type
- Source and campaign information associated with a pre-launch notification request, such as referrer and UTM values
- Business, occupation or organization information
- Documents, images, text and formatting information submitted for production
- Verification records where required or voluntarily provided
- Payment references and payment proof
- Credit, production and delivery records
- Support feedback and limited operational usage information
Pre-launch notifications
If you join the Docquiik pre-launch notification list, Docquiik uses the information you provide to confirm your request and notify you when public access opens. The notification list is not treated as a general marketing list. Application-generated confirmation and launch-notification emails may be delivered through a trusted transactional email provider. Where appropriate, replies are directed to support@docquiik.com.
How document information moves
Document information may move through input or upload, private storage, reading and extraction, review, refinement, editing, rendering, final output and retention or deletion. Docquiik uses trusted infrastructure and automated document-processing services where required to perform these steps.
Private storage and access
Customer source files, generated outputs, payment proof and verification documents are stored in private areas. Access is controlled by account ownership and authorized operational roles. Temporary sharing links are limited rather than permanent public file URLs.
Service providers
Docquiik may use trusted infrastructure, processing and transactional email providers to operate the service. Information is sent only where required for the relevant service function, subject to configured access and security controls.
Internal access
Administration is permission-separated. Ordinary management views do not expose passwords, verification proof files or private customer document contents merely for analytics or account management.
Retention and deletion
Docquiik retains information only for pre-launch notification delivery, account operation, document production, payment integrity, support, security and legitimate operational analysis. See the Data Retention Information page for the Version 1.0 retention approach.
