This page describes how we handle information collected through the Docquiik pre-launch site.

What we collect: your first name, email address, and optionally your WhatsApp number and whether you’re an individual, a document service provider, or an organization.

Why we collect it: solely to notify you when Docquiik opens for public access.

Who sees it: Docquiik Technologies. We use Resend, an email delivery service, only to send you the notification email.

What we don’t do: we don’t sell or share your information with anyone else, and we don’t use it for any purpose beyond notifying you about Docquiik’s launch.

How long we keep it: until Docquiik opens for public access, or until you ask us to remove it.

Your choice: email support@docquiik.com at any time to ask what information we have about you or to have it removed.
