Using Docquiik

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and use Docquiik only for lawful document-production purposes.

Documents and authority

If you process a document for another person or organization, you are responsible for having appropriate authority to submit that person’s or organization’s information and document materials to Docquiik.

Document responsibility

Docquiik helps read, organize, refine, format and prepare documents. You remain responsible for reviewing names, dates, amounts, legal statements and other important facts before final production.

Credits and payment

The first eligible production is free. Later productions require the Credits shown before confirmation. Credits are consumed only when the production entitlement is successfully established. Re-downloading, printing or sharing the same completed production does not create another charge.

Availability and recovery

Docquiik may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, connectivity or processing failures. Where a recoverable failure occurs, Docquiik is designed to preserve completed work and allow the affected step to be retried rather than requiring the whole job to restart.

Account protection

Docquiik may restrict or suspend an account where necessary to protect users, the service, payment integrity or lawful operation.

Version 1.0 service status

These terms apply to Docquiik Version 1.0. They may be refined as the service evolves and should receive appropriate legal review as Docquiik expands across markets and use cases.
